Our Mission

The Hanson Krossings mission is to provide an environment where the passion for a partnership with your horse is paramount. 

Through our commitment, experience, and expertise we coach the human with the six elements of horsemanship to connect with the horse through love, language, and leadership.

The Farm

Hanson Krossings is a 250 acre farm that is nestled in one of the most beautiful areas of upstate New York. The property has 100 acres of hay/crop fields, 100 acres of woods, and the rest of the land is for our pastures, paddocks and buildings. The miles of trails offer picturesque views of the hillside and distant mountains. Our pond offer abundant fish and a welcome setting for migrating Canadian and snow geese. A steam cascades through the property giving a quiet spot to satisfy the thirst of the abundant wildlife, plus a home to the resident beaver family. Some of the local wildlife include deer, bear, fox, wolf, bobcat, coyote, rabbit, hawks, eagles, doves, quail, grouse, pheasant, and wild turkey.
